Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers/vendors to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to meet production requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (CIPS certification preferred).
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the medical manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
